Hi Folks: Our Legion Hall here just purchased the TDA30 and it is attached to the TVM 50 (port 1 on it)
System is running great, pickup groups are set...calls incoming and outgoing are fine.
I have set COS and TRS Tables set to toll-restrict the phones that need it. (I am allowing toll-free services access).
Inter-Office VM works fine.
The outside world cannot get to the VM.
I have used "Custom Service Builder" (graphical)and I have recorded my .wav custom prompt (to the appropriat bit rate and sampling settings) to hand off to the proper extensions at night when the bar closes (as we want a human to answer during regular hours) and am using the timetable in the TVM.
When I leave at night and call from home it's like the system doesn't have the TVM connected.
Looks like the timetable is set in the TDA to handoff to "500" (VM) at 12:30 hrs.
Gotta be a samll setting or card issue?
Any ideas would be appreciated. The system passes diagnostics and I backup the DB regularly on the VM and TDA regularly to PC so messages and prompts won't get lost in case the prince of darkness strikes!
