OP mwrock Member Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 21 Lincoln, NE 68516	I have a Telrad 400 system and a Imgen voice mail system we are trying to set up. Right now they both work and you can dail in to the VM system, but the VM system does not sense the in coming lines ringing and pick up the unanswered call. The only way is to use a ringing station phone and option the DND button to direct the calls to the VM system. Then you always have the button pushed to activate the VM system to pick up the outside calls. I there is option in the Phone system software or VM system to tell the system to pick up a line without having the DND button on? Mark Rock
