Tell Verizon they are smokin' crack. Junkman is right. The number that shows on someones caller id box is a function of the carrier. The DK280 cannot transmit caller ID digits over a copper trunk. Verizon can program each line to show whatever they want! Side note....upgrade to CTX with a PRI...then each station in the system can be programmed to show a different number!! Cool, huh?
