Do the lines ring on all the phones. I tested on my DK40 line 1 rings to 3 phones all show CID name of caller.
2. When using CF External, DK40i does not send CID information for the original caller; rather you get CID for line DK40i uses to forward the call, unlike the LEC's CF feature. Can this be fixed to send the more valuable original caller CID info?
Here's the deal the DK is using a different line to call out ( Call comes in on line 1 CF EX uses line 2 to call out and sets up a Trunk to trunk conf) The Lec is using what Verizon calls NARS. The CID is not deleivered to the orginal location it is set to the forwarded number.
