Hi,

I have a secretary on port 020 answering calls for a boss on 021 (dk424) generally she puts the call on hold (the 'hold' is a new piece of info I couldn't extract from her when I was playing around with port 222 before - but I will continue my post) announces the call and he picks up to take calls back. The boss wants a second phones (in this case port 222). How can I best allow the boss to grab calls that the secretary has answered on her ##021 on his 2nd phone. Ideally both phones would be identical, have the same extension number, he could go back & forth...

...and maybe a more general question (but one that would improve upon the earlier question), can multiple digital ports pick up on the same call similar to multiple analog phones connected to the same pots line?

This is most annoying because the phone is only 3 feet away - but sometimes you have to give the people what they want...
