It looks like Mike Sandman sells some interesting stuff: https://www.sandman.com/callerid.html Other options might be to use (2) 2-line units or (and this is a bit off the wall) purchase an AT&T 4-line NoKSU that is caller ID compatible.

Radio Shack used to sell 2-line caller ID adjuncts a few years ago, but I doubt they still do.
Most consumer telephones on the market today have caller ID circuitry built in. Because of this, external adjuncts have been slowly disappearing from the market.

Dave:
How old and what brand is the system? You would be surprised to find that many older systems can deliver caller ID with external hardware connected.

The C6 is exactly what you want. The software must be DR5.
On that system though, CID will only automatically appear at ONE phone/line. It is usually set at the receptionist so she knows who'se calling. When she transfers the call, the CID will appear on the extension.
Other extensions can see see the CID by pressing F812.
For more info PM me or if you prefer, we can get this transferred to the Nortel forum.
The 4-Line units that you're talking about means you'd have to run 4 pair wire to each desired location and install the appropriate jacks involved....waste of time & money....Do it right.

Biztel, read his post. It's a 6x16 DR5. No line cards involved.
