Thanks for your advice guys, i`m not looking to re-program it and it is not in use. I just need to erase the config so i can move it on . A customer of mine have just upgraded from this Toshiba to a new system so it was surplus to requirements. I come from a Cisco router/switch/data back ground so i`m guessing the procedure for wiping the config won`t be much different .the only thing is that I don`t have the password or console cable so I was hoping there was some way of manually removing the config by moving a jumper on the main board etc or hitting a reset button. There are some RJ11 ports I`m guessing looking at the ports one of these may be a console port I just need to know what cable type and pin-outs would be . As I got the system for nothing if I break it it doesn’t matter!! I`b be grateful for any help!
