I have a mailbox with log/phy port 25 that when you call you get the voicemail greeting for the box ext 225, however when you try to edit option 3 you get the voicemail greeting for log/phy port 27 ext 227. However Ext 227 is working fine.
The greeting as you call in are OK, but when you go to change them in the phone menu ext 225 has the same greeting for 227?
I can not figure out where the problem is, as it does not seem to be a simple forwarding issue 601..ext or a DID table mixup that I can tell?
