I have a customer who had their home office phone system hacked into and about 4,000 calls were made before they caught it. Now they want to make sure all their branch offices are safe. I don't know any details of the home office phone system but the branch that I maintain has a DK 280 with a PC based Stratagy voice mail. There is no modem connected to the PC and there is no DISA set up. I told them that I knew of no way anyone could access their lines. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.
