Can you confirm what voicemail you have installed? Is it internal or external? SMDI or DTMF integration? Did you change any Pilot numbers for the VM or any extns numbers? The MW light can be switched off in the programming to stop users sending MW's to each other but the VM ports are not affected by this setting.
