How to program MOH DB levels? Can this be programmed through a phone or is laptop programming required?

Sorry if I ask the same questions.
Can I change the pad levels with programming through the phone or must this be done with the toshiba programming software on a laptop? If I'm able to do this through the phone what are the programs are required to be changed for the MOH?

You can program via the handset it is P107

BUT the question is what device have you plugged in for the MOH device?
Has it got a line output and is it connected via an LIU (barrier box)?
Does the LIU have a level adjustment screw installed?

Regards
Carl

What exactly is the problem related to? Is the MOH volume too low to the caller when placed on hold, or is it too low as background music when played over a DKT?

Thanks for the help. Even though I padded it up it was still to soft. I'm going to add a small amp to boost the level into the phone system.
