OP vinu Member Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 2 Orlando	The phone rings but does not go to the company greeting or voice mail. It was set to ring for 10-12 rings before going to company greetings. Regarding Programming, a fourth trunk line was programmed as we had 3 lines earlier.
