Are all the lines being answered by the VM/AA?? Are the lines coming from a Frac T-1 or are they just regular POTS lines coming from the C.O. This kind of thing seems to be starting to happen alot. Check Line Loop Current. Most LECs say that they give you 40ma but sometimes its alot more. Some people say that telphone systems will start to act goofy when its above 35ma...I'm working on a similar problem now. Haven't found the right answer yet---but the other day, a tech that works for me at times, was putting in a Frac T-1---hooked it up to an existing Partner and blew out the 2 line ports on the 206 module---the carrier said that the module must have been "weak" and couldn't take the "40ma" that is standard. I wonder. Maybe someone else can chime in here. I don't really have a clear cut answer yet. Good Luck
