If you: 1. Don't have a manual or 2. Have never programmed a Vodavi 1428/2856 before---then you may want to contact a local Vodavi tech. This feature is not in a User Guide, but is part of the system programming --best done or at least supervised by an experienced tech. There may be password issues too.
