We had a technician istall our phone system in our Call Center and he setup Key Map for the phones in that building. Some how it is not setup for the message lamp to light when there are Vmail as the Call Center folks do not have Vmail boxes. We have since added sales and need to turn on message lamp for them. What is the best way to do this in the programming?
