Please do not post passwords or any other privileged information here. A good rule of thumb is that if the information is not in a user or administrator's guide, then you should not post it here.

If you need an administrator's password reset on any Vodavi telephone or voice mail system, please post your request in the Vodavi category of this forum. Note that the passwords on some systems cannot be changed and may require a complete defaulting of the system's database in order to gain access to system programming. Our policy is that we cannot give out passwords, so please don't ask. Once your request has been posted, one of our moderators will contact you to verify that you are who you say you are. They will then call into the system and reset the password if possible. There is a charge for this service that will need to be paid via PayPal or a credit card before services are rendered. In the event that a password cannot be obtained or reset, there will still be a minimum remote programming charge applied. In addition, a signed password release form may be required prior to reset.
