Have a customer that wants CO lines 1-5 to ring the reception phone 100 and then go to AA (menu 100) in day mode, night will go straight to AA. If I put lines 1-5 in group 1, set CO ringing to 100D, Preset Call Forward Dest 440, and then the Preset Forward Timer to whatever how many rings they want for day. Night would be just be CO ringing to 440N. Would this be correct to accomplish this?
Also they have a second Company of CO lines 6-10. They want all of these calls to ring a couple satations and then go to a certain mailbox. Is that possible? Would I be better off just making this go to AA menu 101 with a basic greeting and then dump it into a mailbox? And if so, how do I tell the Dispatch that its Company B ringing in?
Its been a while, but I used to put in Triads S,1,2,3 and now seem to have forgotten all the tricks. Thanks for your help.
