Greetings,
We are experiencing issues with lost packets, cut-outs, and 1 way transmission on a Vertical XTS-IP.
Main Hub has centralized voicemail.
Node 1 & 2 are connected to Main hub via MPLS circuit.
MPLS is "supposedly" setup by CLEC with QoS priority by IP Address of the VoIB card at each location.
When data and voice are on the MPLS circuit between Node 2 and Main Hub, result; massive packet loss.
When data is removed from the equation, no issues reported.
-BUT-
At Node 1 to Main hub, there is no data on the MPLS circuit, and that location is still having lost packets. (Bear in mind: only 1 user was on the phone).
- We have worked for hours with Vertical and the CLEC, and still cannot come to a conclusion as to who to point the finger at.
Any trouble shooting tips or ideas, greatly welcomed.
Thanks!
