I have a customer who has an Expressions Compact VM. During the day they have calls ringing ext. 610. At night the calls are ringing virtual extension 670 playing a greeting with options. My question is if nothing is entered and the vm times out they want the message to be left in vm box 610 but it appears by default that the message is left in 670. Is there a way to change this? I thought the intercept took care of this but obviously it must not.
