I have setup a VMS huntgroup for a fax server. When people call from inside of this PBX or on the DID the setup works fine. the 2000 ips provides the dtmf tones to the fax server then connects the call and everything works great. The problem is from the pbx's at remote offices(all 2000 ips systems running point to point) it provides the dtmf tones to the fax server but it never puts the call through. If I manually dial from the locations I here the rings while the pbx sends the dtmf codes but the call is never actually handed off to the fax server. Any tips as to what commands need to be set for the handoff to happen would be appreciated.
