We're moving our NEC Electra Professional Level I into a new building in a couple of weeks. The phone service we're getting there is apparently a "dial 9 service", where you have to hit 9 before dialing a number. Is there a way to program this directly on the phone system, so it will do that part for you, avoiding having to hit 9 twice to get to an outside line?
