Which version of AD-120 are you currently running *NOW*? What patch was given to you to install?

Has anyone checked out to see if you have multiple call handlers that default to alternate greetings that may or may not be enabled? A possibility exists this could be a programming concern with the call handlers and how they handle scheduling can be difficult to troubleshoot without more information...
