Elite IPK 192 & Dterm 80
2 extensions - incoming external calls will go to VM if user is already on a call.
Incoming internal calls will not go to VM if user is already on a call, it just rings. I have been told this is by design. Has anyone found a way to solve this issue?
Example:
2 extensions 115 & 315
VM = 200
call fwd split:
call fwd busy split = ICM 315
call fwd no answer = ICM 200

Check the following:

for the CoS assigned in 4-17, check 1-8-07 and 1-8-08:

In 1-8-07, page 2 LK 2 should be lit
In 1-8-08, page 1 LK 1 and page 2 LK 5 should be lit.

4-13 allows you to assign a busy answer point for DIT lines.

Also, it appears to be the custom on this board to insist that you complete your user profile. You might want to make sure that you have an email and/or a website listed.
