Has anyone experienced NEC Ultramail problems with callers dialing in to Ultramail by dialing dail action table entries. It appears that Ultramail is not recoginzing the digit dialed and performing the unscreen transfer. However if you dial the digit twice it will pass through. Seems like some kindof dtmf issue?

Its look like firs digit of dialing plan brings you into Sub-menu and then follows DTMF.

Does it do it with all calls or just one provider. You may need to bump your level up.
