That makes sense (only one forward) if the forwarded station answers. If it doesn't answer, shouldn't it follow the Release-->Take a Message settings?
Or has the BNA forward superceded that, and Release-->TAM is ignored?
Why does Forward All Calls behave differently? It is chaining 101->105 (not answered)->300 (voicemail box), so it appears it can chain, where BNA can't.
