OP CaroleO Member Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1 San Diego, CA	NEC EliteMail VMS I've been asked to change the primary greeting so my voice is heard. This is an old system - the limited manual is dated 11/98. I can't find a more detailed manual - and don't know which one to download. Do I need to go to a specific phone to change the primary greeting? Why don't I see the More, Setup, Greet and Curr options on the display on my desk phone? (I'm trying to follow some typed instructions). There is a single phone number to call the office - is this a Single Line Telephone or a System Phone? Thanks in advance!
