I have no idea how they got the phone system. It was there on the wall, but not installed by any of the phone installers in the area, because this installation is in the mountains and there are no installers in the area. I have worked on avaya systems in the past and was asked if I would configure the system while I was there doing IT tasks. As I said I was able to accomplish this task, but I have one last item to accomplish - being able to dial extensions at the main and other remote location. I'm sorry to offend you if I have. I'm trying to make a living and help out a client. If anyone can be of assistance I would appreciate it. I have gone through the list of options again and there was one I missed having to do with frequency of 729? instead of 711? (not there yet today). So I changed those settings to match the main location. Again, I am sorry if I offended anyone - it is not my intension.
