Stupid question. I have a customer who is having funky problems with their DMS. They delete messages and they come back, voice mails going to wrong extensions, etc. Has anybody heard of this problem and is there a way to do a defrag or clean disc to see if the problem goes away.

Are they deleting them off the phone or deleting them out of email? When was the last time the phone system was rebooted? What software are you running?
