I have a customer who has recently been experiencing droped calls on there PRI/MPLS .The site is networked (3) Aspire M 7.32 calls are answered at one location and transfered out.The carrier is saying that the call is comming into the system and the PBX is sending the call back out before its being answered .The receptionist just get dead air. They did a trace on one call that was dropped. this what is said
I highlighted the callref code to show you where the calls change. These ids indicate separate calls. Below we see the setup message for the call example that they provided below. If you notice the call with the 0x3a62 id you see the calling party number is 774.488.4307. 3 sec later you see another call from the PBX being established ( 0x0803) to the customers number from 774.488.4307. Then 10 sec there is a disco from the original call id (0x3462). The PBX is redirecting the call for some reason. Plexus sees "Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown" in the setup message and will reject.

This system has been installed for about 5 years . This recent problem started about a week ago .
They have 3 locations 2 of them have a 3 meg pipe with a pri hand of .the other site has a 1.5 pipe with a analog handoff .
from what they are telling me the calls are comming directly into the main site
A DID to a virtual extension ringing on 2 phones at the front desk .Then to AA if they dont answer in time but the calls seem to be dropping upon answering .very busy office
Thanks for responding
