If you have to manage bunches of dell systems, go through https://premiersupport.dell.com/ and sign up for an account. When you can enter the service tags for the systems, dell will email you if an official updated driver comes out.

The one thing you want to be very careful with is using the Microsoft Update Driver updates. They don't always work well with systems like notebooks which may have been customized a bit more by the OEM.

I should say that the other computer sites are easy to get drivers from, but not as easy as dell. Gateway you need the Serial number, or if it is a part, search on their site for the 7 digit part number. IBM used to use the type-model number nnnn-aaa paired with the serial number. Acer and HP/Compaq tend to be more esoteric. Getting support for business class systems is easier than consumer junk.
