Doing the same thing that Tony suggested but it can be done over the LAN with just a shared text document or even MS Word file.
Basic requirements for remote desktop:
-PC that you want to control needs to have one of the following operating systems:
2000, XP Pro (not home), Vista Business or Ultimate, 7 Pro or Ultimate, or any of the server versions.
