I'm working on replacing an old dumb terminal that is used for AS400 emulation. The terminal has a PSC RF-1000 scanner connected in series with the keyboard. All the old machine is used for is scanning material bar codes that are entered into the AS400. Nothing more, nothing less.

This is the old unit:

This is the my new replacement thin client:

This HP unit uses this emulator:
https://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppo...odTypeId=18964&objectID=c01514306#A1

Everything works great as far as key mapping and AS400 emulation. The problem I'm having is when I scan a bar code it recognizes the scan and then continues to enter repeating 1's or 2's.

Example:
A good scan will give this result- WR10347726
The result I'm getting on the HP Thin client is - WR1031111111111111111111111111111 or WR1032222222222222222222222222222
and the emulator will continue entering the 1's or 2's unit I escape out. Then I have to reset the emulation.

Forgive my long explanation. Any thoughts?
