Hi we have a repartee 7.48 and since its so old I'm having the hardest time finding any instructions/manuals to the system. The only option we are trying to figure out is how to check your voicemails remotely? I've tried calling into the system and then we get transferred to ext 1 which our repartee. From those options it asks which extension you would like to be transferred to. I figure once you get into your voicemail if you dial # or * it would allow you to enter your password but it just states that it did not hear your selection and to please reenter your selection which kicks you back to the "hello voice messaging system".

Just wondering if anyone still remembers the options to this voicemail system?

Thanks,
Ray

Can't you dial 9+your mailbox number during the opening greeting?

That worked! thanks a ton for your help makes life a lot easier. I've asked two different techs that service my phone system and they didn't know how to do it.

Even though your voice mail is old the Repartee is a very robust voice mail and can probably do a lot more than you realize.

If your techs don't know it (which they obviously don't if they couldn't tell you how to remotely retrieve messages) then it would be worthwhile for you to find someone who knows it.

Check Active Voice home page if you need someone local.

I just may do that. We are actually having a couple of other issues that they couldn't figure out. I have a mitel- sx200 connected to it and they can usually handle any issues with that immediately. I will look for a different tech.
Thanks,
Ray
