I have a client who recently switched from 14 at&t pots to a T1 Flex through XO.
It took 2 weeks for XO to get the name coming in on the CID.
Now the outgoing CLIP sometimes shows on incoming
calls.
My 1st thought was, are you sure it's not someone in the office calling out and back in rather ten using the intercom?
It isn't. Any thoughts, is this a common problem?
