I'm looking to program a little interface to log when people pick up their phone or do any thing. I've seen WideOpen Office do this and I've come a long way with Com interacting with the phone system. Right now I've got an NT service that logs incoming and out going calls but not ext to ext. can any one point me to the good starting point?

I don't remember for sure but I think Impact Attendent can do this. I wiil check on it to be sure. If you want to write your own program you will need the product (dxp, plus,fx) and version of software that you are using. This will determine which command library you will need. What do you mean by "I've come a long way with Com interacting with the phone system"?
Does this mean you have written an OAI interface?
