Does anyone know if there is a way to have a headset button on a 6614 phone set? I see in the COS programming there is a "headset setting" but will this work on a 6614?

I have a Plantronics headset with the adapter box but wondering if there is a "headset" feature built-in to the phone itself....

Thanks for any help/suggestions...

David

I am not totally sure but I do not think that there is a headset button for those phones. What system are you using it on? I am going to assume an executech system. I would try to Intercom *,*,1, Press DSS Button, Dial 94. That is how it is done on the DSU systems. That is about all the help I can give you. Unfortunately I do not have a system here to try it on. I have the phone but not the system.
