D. the easiest way will be to shut the system down and wait a minute then power it back up and the VM program should boot up all by itself. If not, from the keylink dos prompt you can type govm to execute the voicemail dos program. (if that's the wrong .exe file somebody correct me, Comdial uses several, I wish I had a list) In the future, when exiting the vm programming DO NOT choose exit, instead choose "display line status" and just x out of the keylink screen like you would any windows program. You just shut down the VM program, no big deal. I'll check to make sure that the "govm" is correct, but power down everything and start up again should reboot the whole system with nothing lost. mark
