I would think that, first off, you would have to have a system that has analog ports --hooking your dialer up to an analog port, programming it to dial "9" to get an outside line, dial, then when if it hears an answer to hookflash and xfer to an agent, when the agents' extension rings--he picks it up and starts his script. I don't know, however if all of that will happen quickly enough, so that the person won't hang up. I know that when my phone rings, and I say hello, if the other end doesn't respond quickly---I hang up. The 308 does not have the capability for analog(s/l) ports---perhaps a Comdial 408 DSU I with ATI adapters, or a Partner ACS, or something like that would work. Alot of "ifs" in the programming of your dialer, though. Almost any phone system will be expecting certain "tones" and you'll have to be sure that those strings can be sent by your dialer. Good Luck.
