stcjeoh Member Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 4 OH	Hello. I have a DSU-II 1632 with a Aleen 4000 voicemail system and can't figure out how to get them to talk to each other. I've programmed and installed about 5 or 6 DSU-II's but never had to add anything using the ATI-D. Can you tell me what wiring configuration to use? The voicemail has an RS-232 port on it and I have an RJ-11 to serial adapter.

jwooten Moderator-Comdial Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,328 Harlingen, TX	The aleen unit can be programmed through a phone and with a pc. Aleen software is required. Using this you can configure the aleen with the correct signal strings for your application. The DSU programming should be no problem for you as you've installed them before! All that being said, put in a Debut!!
