I have an issue happening with VM. If an outside call is transferred to this ext, vm answers, but instead of playing the greeting, it asks the callers for the vm password to access the vm?? All other ext are working fine Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you Ron

You will get more help if you tell us which phone system and voicemail you are using.

Update: This is a Compact with an SVMi4. Two extentions are affected. The call forward is on. When an internal call is transfered to an affected extension you do not get the greeting, you get please enter your password. An external call that transfers to one of the extensions will be transfered back to the autoattendant. Any thoughts?

Have you looked at this thread at all? https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/Forum23/HTML/000144.html Can you do a quick memo to the 2 mailboxes you are having troubles with? What about if you use the VT key? Have you tried deleting the mailbox and recreating?
