The latest version for the launchpad is 1.02 and the latest version for the 500 R2 module is 3.07 and I believe the latest ver for the 500 R1 is 3.03. When samsung comes out with new software that has new features, they have to redesign the OSM to allow programming of the new features. It is very important that you use the version of OSM designed for the software level that you have or it could lead to serious database corruption. All of the latest OSM modules can be found at https://ebiz.samsungusa.com and go to the BCS portal. You will need your companies log in information to access the site. \
