Does anyone remember how to read out the existing programming for an InnTouch?
I can get into the programming menu from the CRT on site, but I would like to see what is alredy programmed before I attempt changes.

The goal is to convert from two trunk groups with dial-9 and dial-8 access into a single group with dial-8 access.

You should be able to print system info to the screen. If its not on the main menu look under system.

Thank you. Your memory is good -- it was in the System area. While I wasn't able to print out everything, I did get the information needed to accomplish what the customer wanted.
