So with the Falcon 18 and 28 button phones.

A,B,C,D,E,F keys are the 6 buttons above the "Transfer and Speaker" buttons on the bottom right hand corner. These buttons are also known in MMC 722 as 21-26.

23 C
24 Transfer
25 D
26 E
27 F
28 Speaker

On the Falcon 8 button phones, they are

1,2,3,Transfer(4)
5,6,7, Speaker(8)

1=A
2=B
3=C
4=Transfer
