The clarification on MMC 304 helped. The way i read it origionally, I thought that it would block the ability to dial out completely. Obviously, that is wrong.
Also, I will pass your reccomendation along to my boss. However, this is her company, and thusly, her decision. She made the decision to not call in outside vendors, not me.
However, I will look into other vendors in our area, just in case of a major system malfunction.
