I just had a client call and complain about calls thru the DCS/Cadence for 233 go to 223, or for 221 go to 222. (Thru AA of VM Not Operator)

Before I go out:
I had her check Forwarding,
Some of the complaints were from Cel Phones (?)
NO internal complaints.

Anyone experience this?
I know I will have to go and sit and duplicate
the problem....
(233 -a CSR- won't like being othered help
The ROM or EXPN ?
Where/What DTMF registers would/does the DCS use?
