We've had TEPRIa cards before for the 7100 and never had a problem. This was a 7200 install and I have never seen dip switches this small in my life.

We had a print that talked about the dipswitches and the Telepacific guy, the really smart on site IT guy, Paige and I all looked for the dip switches and NONE of us found them.

When we read about the dip switches being tiny and covered with plastic we realized how we missed them.

Is there some reason they would be covered with plastic? I can understand Korea would put in tiny, tiny dip switches to save money, but to cover them with plastic? It is not like you would spill Coke into the board inside the system.

And our distributor for sure verified that the setting was incorrect when we got the card. We couldn't even find them to change them to the wrong setting.

Hopefully this thread will help other people in the future if they have no D channel as we did.

(Or rather didn't have.)
