I have just fitted a daughter board to one of the exisiting extensions in our phone system.
I am now trying to get the new extension to forward to an external number but the message 'NOT PERMIT' appears.
I have plugged a handset in and it comes up with the correct extension number, I can ring it, I can forward calls to voicemail and other extensions....but I can't forward to an external number.
Any ideas? I'm sure I must be missing something....
