Hello. To start off..we currently don't have support with Comdial anymore nor do we have a dealer that we use for our system but our voicemail computer's hard drive crashed a few days ago and we understand that all data is probably lost. That is fine and we are ok with that as most people checked their voicemails on a regular basis and didn't have to many messages saved. The issue is that we can't find the original install disks for the voicemail computer to reload. We still have VMMI installed on one of our workstations and the FXII phone system still works but we need to find the DOS install disks to re-install on the new hard drive we purchased.
I am hoping someone can help as our original dealer has been completely useless and it is hard finding anyone that supports this system anymore.

Hi,
That is easy. Call Comdial/Vertical and ask for a dealer in Chicago. I am sure there are plenty. It should not be hard to find somebody who supports Comdial in Chicago. If you have a problem let me know.
