The best way to achieve your goal is going to be with hot desking. You'll need to use ITP keysets to accomplish this but basically what would happen is the user would log into the phone and their exetnsion will follow them. The General Description for the OS7200 describes the process. If you aren't sure about incorperating this solution you'll need to have a dealer help you, if you're not one. It's also called Idle Login. If you have the OS7200 User Instructions document look on page 37 and it will tell you how to set the phone up.
