Hi all,
I am checking to see if anyone has experienced issues with ISA. We have a customer with a 7200, and are using port forwarding through the ISA firewall from their public ip to the internal ip's. We appear to have everything setup correctly. There are two ip phones working internally, and I can connect an ip phone from our office without any issues. Audio passes both ways. However, the manager of the business has purchased a phone for his home office. He is getting one way audio, he can hear the person he is calling, but the other person can not hear him. The IT manager has checked the ISA logs and he says he is getting an error connecting that says "duplicate name" found "voipdev". Has anyone had this issue, or found a work around. Any help would be appreciated. He is going to bring the phone back to our office to test from our internet connection tomorrow morning.
thanks for your input!
